products and services. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of our products, please let

We maintain the right, though we are not obligated, to restrict the sale of our products or
services to specific individuals, geographical regions, or jurisdictions. This right may be
exercised on a circumstance basis. Additionally, we hold the right to limit the quantities of
any products or services we provide. All depictions of products or their prices are subject to
modification at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We also retain the
authority to discontinue any product whenever deemed necessary. Any offers for products or
services presented on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other
materials obtained by you will meet your expectations. Neither can we assure the correction
of any errors in the Service.

UNAVAILABILITY OF GOODS:
The availability of goods and services from Coccolare Lux & Co depends on their
accessibility. Should unavailability arise, Coccolare Lux & Co commits to providing a full
refund to the client within 30 working days from the purchase date.

CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS:
Online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After
dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/ change the sale in accordance with the
Returns Policy.

SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased on promotion or on sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES/ DAMAGED GOODS:
To exchange or in the case that goods are damaged, the goods must be returned to our
office in its original packaging, unopened and unused within 5 days of receipt. A photograph
of the damaged item, along with the original proof of purchase made from the website
(www.coccolareluxandco.com) must be emailed to info@coccolareluxandco.com for a
refund to be accessed and issued as per our returns policy.
The client is accountable for any damages arising from inappropriate storage or
usage. To preserve quality, fragranced products should be stored in a cool, dry
location, shielded from direct UV light. It’s important to adhere to the storage
guidelines provided for each product and be aware of its expiry date and usage
directions. Items such as oils and liquids that have been opened or had their original
seal broken are susceptible to environmental elements and cannot be returned.
Similarly, products that have exceeded their shelf life are not eligible for return.

Please note if a client is unhappy with a product that was purchased from a third-party
outlet, the client must process their return with the outlet from which they purchased
from. Coccolare Lux and Co will not be held liable for any damaged, broken or
defective products for any purchases from third parties.

RETURN EVALUATION AND PAYOUT TERMS:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product.
Following this evaluation, we will inform you of the acceptance or denial of your refund
request. If the refund is approved, the process will be initiated, and a replacement product
will be dispatched at the earliest convenience. If, however we do not have stock of the
replacement product a refund payment will be processed within 7 working days, or a
voucher will be issued for purchase of an alternative item.
Please note that there will be NO cash refunds made. If purchased and paid for by cash the
product may be exchanged for another product if paid for by Credit or Debit Cards, the
Credit or Debit Card will be credited) or to be exchanged for another product within 7 days of
purchase. After 7 days, you can only return a product if such product is defective.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
If applicable, the client will be liable for paying their own shipping costs for returning
their item. If the return is rejected, the client will be liable for the return shipping
fees.
